THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE In this State Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of an established team of 11 Business Development Managers across Victoria.You will oversee sales activities and support employee performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs and your team feel fully supported by your leadership.You will be heavily supported in your role by the senior leadership team, whilst having the autonomy to make a meaningful impact to your team with your own leadership methodology.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your office will be based out of the company headquarters in north-east Melbourne.To ensure a hands-on leadership approach is achieved, regular local travel will be required, including monthly overnight regional and occasional interstate travel.This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a reputable and successful organisation, where you can make a significant impact to an existing sales team.THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Experience in leading a sales team of 10 or more, demonstrating a track record of successfully driving team performance.Strong analytical skills including budgeting and forecasting and competent with CRMs.Solutions focused, results-oriented and highly motivated.We are actively interviewing for this position.
