Kairos Community College is a small, independent school offering a flexible and supportive approach to young people in Years 10 to 12 to achieve their education and training aspirations. An opportunity has become available for a State Principal to join our Executive Team on a permanent, full-time basis, with the successful candidate commencing Term 1 2025. We are seeking a highly skilled leader that leads by example and is able to manage multiple campuses and have a willingness to grow with the role. You will be highly relational and genuinely interested in developing relationships with young people whilst upholding key structures within the school. You will have an ability to create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment with high expectations. If you are an energetic and enthusiastic leader who desires to have an impact on the lives of young people whilst developing your professional practice as you strive for educational excellence, we want to hear from you.
The position will require oversight of day to day operations, development of professional development for staff, collation of school data, driving innovation in all areas of the college and staff management.
