About the role The State Office Co-ordinator will provide support to the Tasmanian State Office to ensure all activities conducted in the state office are appropriately supported. This will include all RACS local activities and professional development, examinations, and annual meetings. The role provides support to the front office functionalities and work to support the Tasmanian State Committee projects.
To support the examinations, professional development activities and events of the Tasmanian State Office where required. The position works closely in support of the Tasmanian Event Support Officer and Lead Member Engagement roles in ensuring the office engages with its member base and stakeholders.
This role is a part time role based at 0.53 FTE.
Skills and experience • office work experience
• Year 12 Qualification
• High level customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft products – including Word and Excel
• Competent on databases, Adobe, Windows, Internet Explorer, Chrome
• Strong organisational and writing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidentially
• Hands on, positive, can-do attitude
RACS operates utilising flexible work arrangements in relation to locations and hours. After hours work will be a requirement of this position. Arrangements and approvals for these arrangements are done in discussions with the Tasmanian State Manager
