About the role We are looking for a State Marketing Specialist - Real Estate to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. Supporting the Real Estate sales team, you will support the QLD network with their marketing and communications initiatives – providing direction to the development, execution, and maintenance of all marketing campaigns and activities.
Our real estate businesses deliver a vast range of exciting initiatives, with this position having a hands-on role in delivering outstanding marketing campaigns and the national event calendar. We are seeking an innovative Marketing and Events Specialist to implement marketing and communication initiatives, work closely with our rural and residential network, and assist with the management of a number of event evenings, workshops, and conferences.
Responsibilities Working with the Real Estate Marketing team and QLD Real Estate Manager to develop marketing plans.Regularly conduct market analysis and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and reach.Support the QLD Real Estate Manager to formulate and influence the company's strategic direction.Work with the wider marketing and Real Estate team to develop digital and online campaigns.Assist with the development of tactical campaigns for the real estate sales team including client presentations and production of Information Memorandums and other bespoke collateral.Assist in training other real estate Sales support and agents in digital media activities.Manage Spoke and other direct campaigns for listings and subsequent accounting for the costs.About you Proven success in the development, execution, and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or demonstrated experience in real estate marketing.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to use research and data-driven solutions to underpin marketing and communications planning.Ability to develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.Proactive initiative and drive to provide high levels of service.About Elders As one of Australia's most recognised brands, trust Elders to put you and your career first.
