THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is looking for a high-performing and proven State Manager to further develop their market in Western Australia.
This newly created position will see you working from the Perth office and reporting to the National Sales Manager who is based in Melbourne.
You will be responsible for sales strategy, productivity of the (small) field sales team, opportunity management and achievement of agreed business objectives that deliver significant year-on-year sales growth.
Along with managing your own key accounts, this role will also see you develop and implement sales actions and tactics and build, motivate, coach and produce a high-performance sales team ensuring they fully understand their individual responsibilities to generate profitable sales.

Strong leadership and management experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teamsKnowledge of engineering/engineering background in the Oil & Gas industryStrategic awareness, with excellent commercial and analytical skillsExcellent presentation and influencing skills at various levels of a businessAbility to problem solve and make focused and considered decisionsAdaptable to change and able to lead others through periods of changeReward
