With a brief to drive performance and growth, you'll be supported by competent branch and workshop staff to manage day-to-day operations, enabling you to focus on business development.Your remit will include:Managing and growing current customer relationships.Identifying new markets and developing and executing strategies to penetrate them.Reviewing operational effectiveness, with an aim to enhance the customer experience, improve efficiency and reduce costs.Reviewing branch locations and possibly making business cases to relocate and/or add to them.Providing your team with the coaching and guidance needed to enable people to achieve their potential.Servicing customers across southern Australia from Melbourne, opportunity exists to expand operations in time.
