About the role
Mortim Australia is looking for an experienced State Manager to oversee our operations in South Australia.
As our State Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth and profitability of the South Australian branch.
This is a full-time role based in Gillman, SA.
What you'll be doing Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales and profit targets for the South Australian marketProviding strong leadership and direction to your team Operations and Sales teamsIdentifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand our market shareFostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersOverseeing all operational and sales aspects of the SA businessReporting on performance and recommending improvements to senior managementWhat we're looking for Substantial experience (3+ years) in a senior general management or leadership rolesA strong commercial acumen and track record of driving business growth and profitabilityExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsIn-depth knowledge of the South Australian market and business landscapeWhat we offer
