You'll also have:3-5+ years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience, with at least 2 of these being in leadershipWorked as a Rehabilitation Consultant/Counsellor and progressed to management levelA passion for people, service delivery and innovationStrong VIC Occ Rehab knowledgeFlexibility to also manage files while the state is growingOpportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
