Your New Role:
As the State Manager, you'll oversee up to 30 stores across two brands. You'll be the captain, delivering exceptional results, fostering a high-performing culture, and shaping the future of these brands.

Oversee all aspects of the NSW & ACT portfolio, including P&L management, operational performance, and team development.
Spend time in stores to align teams with company standards, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and develop a talented leadership team, ensuring strong performance across all locations and fostering future talent.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions, creating a high-performing, people-first culture.
Analyse KPIs and financial data to uncover trends, improve sales, and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with WHS policies, operational standards, stock management, and loss prevention to safeguard the business.
Collaborate with finance, HR, and buying teams to develop and implement strategies that support growth and expansion.
Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure consistency with the brand's identity and appeal.
Lead the cultural transformation of the business, bringing fresh perspectives and aligning teams with a progressive vision.
Independently drive business success while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment on key objectives.
The Experience List:
Proven experience in a State Manager or Senior Regional Manager role, with a strong track record of success in overseeing more than 20+ locations.
Extensive experience managing large teams, including leading leadership structures and taking responsibility for HR and recruitment functions.
Solid background in high-volume retail environments, with a focus on driving performance.
A forward-thinking, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced business models and is great at managing change and expansion.
Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in managing portfolios of $60M+ and consistently delivering measurable financial and operational results.
Experienced in setting and executing strategic goals, managing P&L, and utilizing resources to drive growth and profitability.
Proven ability to develop and execute training and development programs, ensuring high team engagement and performance.
Capable of working collaboratively with senior leadership while independently driving regional growth initiatives and managing day-to-day operations.
A valid driver's license with flexibility for regular travel across the states (travel allowance provided).
