What does the job look like? J oin our retail business in a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact by overseeing and managing the activities of our NSW Transport Operations. In this key position, you'll work closely with our teams to champion safety, deliver exceptional service, and achieve cost efficiency.

Key Areas:
Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all timesResponsibility for the financial performance of the contract, ensuring agreed measures for profitability and other key performance indicators for the contract are metDrivingproductivity to maximise resources throughout the state, control costs and maintain a focus on strategic initiativesDeveloping strong partnerships between operational, resourcing and planning teams to ensures maximum utilisation of staff, equipment and facilitiesEnhance customer relationship through understanding customer needs, regular personal contact and demonstrating a genuine interest in customer welfare and successLead and inspire a team of transport professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementAre you the one?
