Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste, recycling and industrial services throughout Australia for over 90 years.
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and suitably qualified Manager to oversee the effective running of our West Australian business.
The role has accountability for the growth and service delivery of Municipal, Commercial and Industrial Service contracts predominately in Perth.
You will be responsible for the direct management of Sales, Operations and Administration teams whilst also coordinating with workshop and customer service staff.
You will have responsibility for the efficient operation of existing and new contracts and the excellent service provision required by our Council partners and customers.
Required SkillsExperience in the waste industry although highly valued, is not as important, as your demonstrated experience as a leader.

The ability to build strong relationships with your team is an essential requirement of the role, as is a strong service ethic.
You will be expected to hit the ground running, with your leadership skills and ability to develop the wider leadership team a key priority.
Reporting to and supported by the Chief Operating Officer, the role is one where no two days are the same.
You will be guided and supported by an experienced company leadership group as you learn the business.
