What does the job look like? Linfox partners with iconic Resources and Industrial companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country.
We are seeking a passionate and accomplished State Manager who can deliver our vision of operational excellence and shape the future of the NSW Bulk Fuels business.
In this pivotal role, you will be a key contact with our valued customers with operational oversight of multiple sites within the network.
Working in collaboration with our highly capable teams you will ensure every decision is driven by safety, service, and cost.
This position will suit a focused leader who can influence strategy with a proactive approach to relationship management.
Through strong leadership and the setting of high-performance standards, you will be well positioned to drive accountability, results, and constructive people management.
Key Areas: Provide commercial leadership with overall P&L responsibility for NSWProactive management of customer relationships, building and retaining a sustainable customer base and ensuring service delivery is in line with contractual requirementsIdentifying, evaluating and addressing risks with operational responsibility focused on driving improvement and innovation across the networkEffective management and development of cross functional team to promote a customer centric culturePromotion of continuous improvement and a safety-first culture with commitment to COR standardsAre you the one? You will have previous leadership experience developing high performance teams within a complex supply chain environment.
You can demonstrate:
