About the Role: A rare occurrence at CALIBRE, we are looking for an exceptional leader to join the Executive Retail Management team as our Adelaide State Manager.
Our current State Manager of Adelaide has been promoted to an exciting new venture, relocating to Victoria to Manage our Melbourne-based stores.
We have a very strong retention rate of senior management and want to find a long-term, career oriented professional to join our team and continue the State's positive momentum and trajectory.
As a State Manager, you'll be crucial in shaping the future of our brand and driving the success of our Adelaide stores.
In this dynamic role, your leadership skills will shine as you manage the operations of three retail locations (all of which have been recently refurbished into our brand new concept), support and guide your team to achieve sales targets, and ultimately elevate the customer service experience.
