Great Place to WorkTop 100 Most Loved WorkplaceForbes Best-in-State Employer Commercial Leader – State (Adjuster) The Commercial Leader is responsible for leading a Commercial Loss Adjusting team within a Region to deliver exceptional standards of excellence across – people, performance, service, client outcomes, portfolio growth, governance, and continuous improvement. What are my accountabilities? Maintain Loss Adjusting qualifications, with current knowledge and demonstrated experience managing commercial property claims.Demonstrate cross-team collaboration by working nationally to support and enable a national Property solution for our colleagues and clients.Accountable for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations of a regional commercial loss adjusting team, to ensure the highest standard of performance is consistently delivered.Monitor and manage the delivery of exceptional claims outcomes for clients, including effective allocation, service, quality assurance, achievement of SLA's, timely closure and client satisfaction.Report writing and regular engagement with all stakeholders.Accountable for client reporting, engagement, contractual obligations delivery, feedback and issues resolution.Increase capability of loss adjusters through training, coaching, feedback, mentoring and Quality assurance processes.Attract and retain best in class talent, working with the Professional Services, Recruitment and HR teams. About you: Extensive Loss adjusting experience in Commercial area.Relevant tertiary qualifications (for example, Business, Insurance or Law).ANZIIF Qualification in Loss Adjusting or international equivalent.Key communication skills both written and spoken.A passion to provide great customer service and engage with a variety of people.Self-motivated, with good time-management and organisational skills.
