The Eastern Business Services Team provides a range of Finance, HR and administrative functions to all sworn and VPS staff across Eastern Region.
There are currently two (2) VPS 3 positions available within the Eastern Business Support Services Knox Team.
Working directly under the Business Support Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the daily functions of the Business Support Office, mentoring Knox Business Support Administration Officers and providing reporting and advice on financial, personnel and administrative matters to relevant stakeholders.
Development, training, and support is provided to all members of the Business Support Office to ensure a high level of customer service is met.

Your duties will include: Supervise, lead and mentor Business Services team members.
Perform accurate and timely administrative, financial and personnel support and advice.
Perform auditing and reporting of region finances and administrative practices.
Maintain and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Maintain compliance with financial and administrative legislation, and policies.
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of registers to support administrative and financial functions.
As the successful applicant, you will have: Proven ability to coordinate the accurate processing of high-volume work to meet strict deadlines.
Demonstrated experience leading and supporting capability uplift in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage customer satisfaction.
Prior experience working with legislation and policy.
Requirements and relevant information: These positions are located at Eastern Region Headquarters, 420 Burwood Highway Wantirna South 3152.
