About the Role Closing Date: 9th February, 2025 Competitive salary plus generous salary packaging options Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Flexibility for balancing work and life commitments The ICT Senior Service Delivery Technician will be a valued member of the Information Management team to provide onsite and remote day-to-day technical support for all staff within AWH. This role revolves primarily around the management and resolution of service desk calls/submitted jobs and escalating to the Manager where necessary. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Industry certification of MCP/MCSE, Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field, or currently studying to obtain any of these certifications. Proven ability supporting enterprise network infrastructure, workstations, servers, and applications. Previous Service/Helpdesk experience is desirable; however, not essential. Experience in ICT within the health industry is desirable; however, not essential. Experience with Phone/PABX and Video Conferencing is desirable; however, not essential. Experience with VMWare, Citrix Environments, Commvault, M365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange Online is desirable; however, not essential.
