About the Role This role supports the delivery of the Shepparton Education Plan (the Plan). The Plan covers four stages: Early Childhood, Primary School, Secondary School, and Higher Education and Skills. The Plan seeks to boost educational outcomes by giving young people more options and opportunities, improving the transition through each stage of education, building teaching and learning excellence, and high-quality learning environments.
The Shepparton Education Plan Senior Project Officer will support implementation of the Plan, including:
Leadership of the Plan stage 4: Higher Education and Skills The development of written documentation and implementation of a range of action and communications plans in collaboration with stakeholders to support the agreed recommendations Provision of the Secretariat role for Working Groups and Strategic Advisory Groups Reporting and liaison with the New Schools & Education Plan team, the VSBA, SRS/DE Central, and other Place-Based Education Plans projects.
