Museums Victoria is looking for a passionate and talented Senior People Services Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and help bring our Strategic Plan to life. About the Role Reporting to the Manager, People Services & HRIS Operations, you'll lead a motivated and customer-focused team delivering HR and payroll services to over 700 employees. No day is the same, but some of your key contributions will include:
Coordinating end-to-end payroll delivery, from Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions to superannuation and reconciliations. Managing Museums Victoria's HRIS (Aurion) and rostering systems (Tanda), ensuring accurate data integrity and efficient operations. Delivering seamless onboarding experiences to new team members, making sure they feel right at home. Championing exciting projects like exploring AI solutions for enhanced service delivery. Advising managers and staff on HR, compliance, and payroll matters, while driving innovative improvements.
