Victorian Health Building Authority The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. Our priority is to provide innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions that will ensure our health system meets the needs of all Victorians now and into the future.
The Opportunity As a member of the People and Capability Team, the Senior People Partner will act as a focal and escalation point for complex people matters across their assigned client groups working alongside Executive Leaders. You will establish trusted and influential relationships, providing specialist advice and guidance to support informed decision making and guide people initiatives and navigate challenges. With a focus on early identification, intervention, and resolution, the Senior People Partner will keep abreast of employment legislation amendments impacting upon P&C operations, including providing guidance to People and Capability team members.
