The SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist, People and Culture (P&C) Systems leads the support function for DEECA's HCM system - PeopleCentral (SAP SuccessFactors).
The role drives continuous improvement, problem solving, administration, and user training of all PeopleCentral modules, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance Management & Goal Management, Learning, Recruitment, and Onboarding.

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence and building a high-performing culture.
You will work closely with the Information Services Division (ISD) and Finance teams to ensure an integrated and seamless experience for all users.

The SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist is a member of the People & Culture Division, contributing to the delivery of Group and Departmental priorities and to building an inclusive and high-performing workforce that is customer-focused, collaborative, and professional.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Subject matter experience in SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) (mandatory) Formal qualifications in ICT or a related field (preferred) This is a fixed-term position available until 27 June 2025.
The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
