Providing high quality support services to the Land and Property team including arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating papers, organising venues and agendas, taking minutes, following-up actions and other administrative duties. Drafting of internal briefs, correspondence and template documentation to ensure the quality of documents submitted is of a high standard. Managing the timely workflow of briefs, correspondence and reporting requirements across the project team. Acting as a key business user in relation to information management systems, ensuring information is appropriately registered and controlled and promoting the use of correct document and information management processes.
