About the Role As a senior leader within the SWH Building & Infrastructure team, you will ensure our facilities, assets, and management systems are compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, guiding a dedicated team, and contributing to the strategic goals of our healthcare services.
Position Overview Permanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off Warrnambool Campus Classification: Administrative Grade 4 Salary Range: $83,657 - $92,482, plus superannuation What you bring: Proven ability to manage complex systems, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance. A track record of success in overseeing hospital or large-scale maintenance operations. In-depth knowledge of the construction, maintenance, and compliance industries. Advanced technical skills, including expertise in Microsoft applications and maintenance management software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement across all levels. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively. Relevant qualifications in construction project management, engineering, or related disciplines (or equivalent practical experience).
