About the Role: The Justice Officer role is to deliver friendly, efficient customer service to clients of the Department of Justice and Community Safety who report to CCS Coolaroo. You will also provide consistent, timely and accurate administrative support to regional locations and staff.
The position is based at the Coolaroo Justice Service Centre, with an expectation to support at other locations across the North Metro (Broadmeadows and Tullamarine office). A driver's license is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Providing a range of high quality and efficient front of house administrative services. Providing information and assistance to clients, internal and external stakeholders. Undertaking a range of administrative functions including word processing, data input, and management. Greeting and liaising with clients and stakeholders and providing accurate advice and information. About You: As our ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
