An exciting opportunity presents to join our small team of Executive Assistants who provide a high level of administrative and executive management support to our CEO and broader Executive Team at Dhelkaya Health.
Duties include:
Manage multiple calendars, scheduling of meetings and appointments. Provide administrative support to committees and working groups, including coordinating papers, preparing agendas, taking minutes, following up and providing progress reports on outstanding matters and coordinating facility, equipment and catering requirements. Respond to correspondence on behalf of the Executive team where required. Undertake projects and arrange events as directed by the Executive team. Provide Executive office administration support including maintenance of files and correspondence. Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, CEO Office, external organisations and Committees. About you:
Proven experience in a senior personal assistant or executive assistant role. Excellent written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare, style and format correspondence/documentation clearly, concisely and in a grammatically correct manner. Excellent verbal communication skills, that demonstrate tact, professionalism and confidence. Excellent organisational awareness, including a demonstrated understanding of the responsibilities, obligations and priorities that apply to individuals and groups within the respective Directorates. Excellent self-management, including a demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure outcomes are achieved. Highly proficient computer and data management skills with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in establishing and managing data systems, including online survey tools. Experience in the use and application of the following software systems - Kronos, BEIMS, Oracle, Prompt, AUSCARE and other packages as required.
