Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time, 40.0 hours per fortnight
The position:
In this role you will work within the regional Continence Advisory Service to deliver specialist continence nursing assessment to all client groups. The role works in partnership with health professionals including a Physician and Physiotherapist to provide a service through community health, hospital, aged care and outreach centres. A key responsibility of this role will be to provide education and support for staff working in acute services, aged care and home-based nursing as well as raising awareness about bladder and bowel management with the public.

AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse A minimum 5 years' nursing experience, with experience in community health nursing Good knowledge of bladder and bowel dysfunction Demonstrated ability to provide person-centred care and goal setting within an Active Service Model or Practice.
