About the role: The Allied Health Assistant (AHA) works closely with the Allied Health teams to provide a flexible and responsive service that meets each patient's identified therapeutic goals. The AHA will perform duties as delegated by the Allied Health Professional. Duties may include assisting in a client's therapy program, maintaining equipment and resources and other administrative tasks, which assists with client management and will contribute to patient flow. This position can be based at any of our three sites (Austin, Talbot and Repatriation hospitals) and is expected to rotate through different service areas.
