Bluestone recruitment has exclusively partnered with a leading Australian builder to recruit a State Building Manager to oversee the success of its building department in Victoria.This leading builder is one of Australia's most recognisable building brands and is a major player in the Victorian building sector, delivering 1500 homes per annum across Greenfields, knockdown/rebuilds, medium density & other special projects.About the roleReporting to the Executive General Manager of Construction, you will be responsible for: Management/responsibility of building teams (direct & indirect reports 120+)Drive successful financial outcomes across the building division, manage financial reporting to the executive teamProvide development & technical construction knowledge to building managers & construction managersLead company strategy, implement & improve company-wide systemsThe successful candidate will haveExtensive senior management experience within the residential or commercial building sectorExcellent commercial & financial acumenThorough technical construction knowledgeExcellent leadership ability, comfortable managing large scale teamsAbility to manage a diverse range of stakeholdersStrategic, forward thinker – ability to analyse & drive strategic change#J-18808-Ljbffr
