About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Construction you will be responsible for:
Management/responsibility of building teams (direct & indirect reports 120 +) Drive successful financial outcomes across building division, manage financial reporting to the executive team  Provide development & technical construction knowledge to building managers & construction managers Lead company strategy, implement & improve company wide systems The successful candidate will have Extensive senior management experience within the residential or commercial building sector Excellent commercial & financial acumen Thorough technical construction knowledge Excellent leadership ability, comfortable managing large scale teams Ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders Strategic, forward thinker – ability to analyse & drive strategic change Please apply via appropriate link, alternatively you can contact Alastair Bray on ******** or [email protected] for a confidential discussion.
