Our client is an insurance builder operating across Victoria and Queensland for domestic projects. They are currently seeking a Victorian Assessing Manager who can lead a team of internal and external Assessors & Estimators.

Our client is an insurance builder operating across Victoria and Queensland for domestic projects. They are currently seeking a Victorian Assessing Manager who can lead a team of internal and external Assessors & Estimators.
The successful candidate will be paid a salary of up to $130k + Super (dependent on experience).
Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships and collaboration between the Assessors & Estimators (internal and external), Claims and Project Management teams. Ensure that key performance indicators (KPI's) are met and manage the team's quality framework and SLAs. Identify and implement technology improvements and maximise the currently deployed systems. Weekly review of audits and feedback provided by General Insurers & provide relevant feedback to Assessors. Monthly One on One discussions with staff across assessing to monitor and communicate performance. Engage with General Insurers and provide detailed analytical data surrounding performance on quality and costs. Provide regular feedback to assessors and estimators and manage their performance. About the person: Minimum of 5 years' experience managing people You'll require strong general Insurance experience in a large matrixed, regulated and customer focused organisation. Proven experience in the General Home Insurance industry assessing, estimating or relevant field. Proven experience in managing a team to exceed clients and customers expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence. APPLY NOW
