We're seeking a driven and competitive individual to join an innovative team as a Sales Director , focusing on the Australian Market. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed individual sales targets. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, for strategic accounts within your territory. Identify, establish, and develop new business opportunities within an assigned portfolio of key accounts and prospects. Build strong relationships with C-level executives, aligning solutions with business objectives. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure outstanding service and identify potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Establish partnerships with strategic consultants and other business collaborators to develop mutually beneficial channels. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring precise forecasting and reporting. Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, client meetings, and other events. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of sales experience in hospitality technology or a related travel industry. A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. A self-starter with a passion for working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Process-driven with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting. Willingness to travel for business when needed. Fluency in English, another language would also be advantageous. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
