After taking the Occupational Rehabilitation market by storm, this Allied Health owned service plans to provide the same top-notch service to clients with a disability. As the General Manager / CEO, you will assist in business development, onboarding, growth plans, quality assurance and manage a team of expert clinical contractors across NSW. You will work alongside passionate and entrepreneurial leaders dedicated to high level service provision and enjoy a rewarding and autonomous leadership role.
The role details: Lead and manage this new Service division: Launch into the NDIS | Clinical services Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery. Develop marketing plans and foster business connections Onboard and support clinical contract staff ensuring smooth integration Quality assurance: review and ensure high levels of clinical competency, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Grow teams in areas across NSW. Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships. Provide one assessment per week to keep you hands-on, without billable pressure. Requirements: Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration Previous NDIS Experience Great Leadership skills and flair for managing relationships Strong understanding of support coordination process Excellent communication and written skills High level attention to detail and a love of quality Ability to manage contract OT staff.
