We are looking for a passionate Venue Manager at Holdfast Hotel in Glenelg, Adelaide to lead the team through the next stage of this iconic venue's journey.
The Holdfast Hotel is part of the Star Hotels portfolio, Australia's largest independently owned Hospitality and Retail operator with a growing portfolio of Pub and Accommodation businesses.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on people leader who rolls their sleeves up and motivates the team.
Reporting to the Venue Support Manager, the Venue Manager is accountable for the oversight of the hotel's on-premises operations.
You will be the face of the hotel, building customer relationships and leading standards to grow the business.

You are a motivated, energetic, ambitious and competitive leader always looking for new opportunities.
You have previous managerial experience in a multi-faceted, high-performing hotel operation, including driving sales in food, beverage, gaming, and functions.
You have a passion for the hospitality industry and are looking to further your career and gain an understanding of the industry from an independently owned pub group.
