Job Description The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving and distributing airline associated rotable stock, ensuring efficient receiving processes, and able to promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies.
The Logistics Coordinator will need to have great attention to detail to accurately manage warehousing documentation, and be in good physical condition to lift and move items.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the prompt loading and unloading of bulk products to the warehouse or onto trucks/vehicles.
Place, track, trace and check orders, including accurate preparation and receipt of documentation for order processing/receipting.
Storing, packing and retrieval of goods and materials in accordance with procedures and/or regulations.
Picking and checking loads of pallets/bags/cartons/bulk products for collection.
Adhering to quarantine/customs rules and regulations.
Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas.
Ensure appropriate housekeeping of the work area and a safe work environment.
Perform stocktake.
Collaborates and communicates with service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Desired Skills and Experience A bit about you:
Experience within the Aviation and/or Logistics/Transport Industry.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety.
A valid driver (Medium or HR) licence.
Excellent computer and data entry skills.
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment – desirable.
High level of personal fitness.
Understanding of the operational requirements of Ground Handling.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Customer focus to deliver exceptional service.
Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong understanding of Health and Safety and Manual Handling.
Capable of report writing, in plain and clear English.
