Stantec is committed to reinforcing our presence in New South Wales and growing our capability in this area. Our St Leonards office is currently seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator to join our young and energetic team. Reporting to the Utilities and WSC lead, you will be responsible for working on major Sydney Water developer works projects pertaining to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport and community development projects.
This role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements.
Day to day tasks would involve:
Working with Sydney Waters Hydra and E-Developer system Working on projects from Application to Project Completion Working with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations Data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met Attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation Undertaking field work and site inspections Qualifications
To be successful for this role you'll need:
Demonstrated at least two years' experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role A demonstrated design background Previous experience in project management on Sydney Water projects Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills What we offer
