About the role: This role is positioned within Evoenergy Standards and Specifications and is responsible for providing technical leadership in the development and maintenance of contemporary standards for design, construction, connection, and interaction with the Evoenergy distribution and sub transmission networks.
In this role, you are expected to advance your relevant skills/capabilities by rapidly being involved in challenging tasks where you will demonstrate your understanding of the newly presented information and your relevant practical skills. The ability to listen, consult and communicate clearly with the relevant stakeholder is essential to meeting the role's expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead in developing and maintaining network asset material technical specifications that relate to technical designs across the distribution and transmission network (including construction design and drawing, materials standards, material-based Unit Assemblies, and estimations).Provide informed technical decisions to Evoenergy on issues relating to technical issues of relevance to the business's specifications, Standards and drawings.The development and maintenance of technical specifications and the evaluation of tenders.The implementation of new products, assets and technologies within the business.Please see position description attached for more detail.The employee's obligation to the employer includes the requirement to carry out work in a way that does not put Evoenergy in breach of any legislative or regulatory obligations.
