Have a real heart for working in partnership with the elderly and their families.
Identify and participate in opportunities for improvement in the delivery of service to the Residents and contribute to the Continuous Improvement process.
Comply with work directives, Policies & Procedures.
Essential requirements of the position: Certificate III in Aged Care.
Minimum 6 months experience as a Personal Care Worker in a Residential Aged Care setting.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Ability to demonstrate respectful interactions that maintain the Resident's choice, rights, and dignity.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Practice personal and clinical care skills appropriate to the role.
COVID-19 Vaccinations including Booster (recommended).
Current Aged Care specific Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
Willing to undergo medical assessment.
