The 203 offers a sophisticated farm-to-table dining experience, showcasing Queensland's finest beef and traditional Italian-inspired pasta dishes in a refined setting. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our passionate team and elevate The 203 to new heights.
The Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional dining experiences. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service, staff engagement, and alignment with our high standards of quality and hospitality.
Your Key Responsibilities: Leading, training, and motivating a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through attentive service and product knowledge. Managing daily operations, including rostering, stock control, and supplier relations. Driving performance targets, including sales, customer satisfaction, and cost control. Collaborating with the kitchen team to uphold menu quality and consistency. Upholding compliance with food safety, licensing, and workplace health and safety regulations. Reporting on performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You are an energetic and results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and fine dining. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of managing successful restaurant operations.
Your Skills and Experience: You have experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a premium dining environment. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. You have strong business acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and cost management. You can lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver excellence. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
