Base salary starting from $141,112.87 (as of 1st July) + super 12.75% superannuation Access to Banked Time and TOIL 17.5% leave loading Genuine emphasis on work/life balance Access to Sunwater's MyBenefits hosted by Reward Gateway The role Working in a team of engagement specialists, you will develop and embed effective stakeholder engagement plans in infrastructure projects to ensure consistency and quality of stakeholder interactions and relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as key advisor on several water infrastructure initiatives at any one time, providing strategic and tactical support as part of project teams Identifying and escalating emerging opportunities, issues, roadblocks and risks to Sunwater achieving its strategic objective of being a stakeholder-centric organisation Developing project specific stakeholder management plans and targeted communication and engagement action plans for use across all phases of the project lifecycle from pipeline to execution Collaborating across functions to deliver stakeholder engagement activities and processes Producing clear and effective communication materials for a range of stakeholders Researching and preparing responses to stakeholder and community inquiries. Please note that due to the nature of this role, there will be ad hoc travel to Sunwater regional facilities (usually 1 – 2 nights per month). About you You will have proven experience in a similar role with the ability to develop and execute impactful stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. Holding tertiary qualifications in communication, public relations or a related discipline, you will also have the ability to produce high quality written and oral communication for a range of audiences.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience delivering timely and well considered advice to peers and managers Experience facilitating workshops and community meetings.
