Public Relations & Corporate Affairs (Marketing & Communications) Summary Our client, a leading Defence Consultancy, is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to design and implement robust stakeholder engagement strategies.
This role is vital in aligning stakeholder interests with large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring collaboration and support for organisational goals.
About the Position As the Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you will develop and manage engagement strategies to navigate complex political landscapes and build alliances.
You'll lead stakeholder forums, gather insights, and ensure consensus across diverse groups.
Your role will also involve facilitating collaborative sessions and negotiating agreements to achieve strategic objectives.
About You You will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, ideally within Government or Defence.
You have expertise in managing engagement processes and aligning interests with organisational goals.
An additional requirement will be your effectiveness to train and guide those around you (APS staff) upskilling, to ensure they are effective contributors to this project.
