$80k plus Super, plus Commission (OTE will exceed $110k in year one)

The Role
As the Stakeholder Engagement and Sales Executive at Mastering SAP, you'll play a pivotal role in enrolling SAP end users as members and driving membership engagement through event registrations.

Mastering SAP is a small but growing organisation. While expertise in SAP isn't required for success in this role, you will thrive when engaging with people and be a natural at building rapport.

The Person
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will leverage your strong account management and sales experience to build meaningful relationships within targeted companies. Your ability to identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, empathy, and insight into the unique needs and of the member will be key to your success.

Mastering SAP will provide ongoing sales skill development training to support your professional growth. You'll also have the opportunity to attend events held in the APAC region.
 
Responsibilities Establish long-term trusted relationships with companies to ensure membership growth, retention and event participationManage all inbound marketing and e-commerce leads for membership and eventsConduct outreach calls (and emails) to prospective event delegates and membersAlign Mastering SAP's membership, content, expert network, education, and event experience services with each contact and company's requirementsTravel to Mastering SAP events and summits to work with members and drive membership enrolment, including event delegate salesSkills & Experience Successful B2B sales experiencePassion for IT, enterprise software and technology solutionsCommitment to achieving monthly sales goalsAn understanding of the value of community and membershipProven ability to manage high activity prospecting in a community setting, and relationship development skills.Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsDrive impactful stakeholder engagement and sales initiatives, ensuring SAP professionals benefit from unparalleled community resources and expertise to maximise their technology investments.
