When theAngels gave me the focus words for 2020 I had no idea just how important those words were going to be!


For here we are ...its March and we have never needed to be concerned more about our well being, trust more in the bigger picture, nor need to feel more gratitude than we do now, as we face down the barrel of Covid-19.

This moment in history is testing our strength, our wisdom, our compassion and our willingness to keep our hearts open to those around us;to help where we can and to look after ourselves to the very best of our abilities.

The Angels say we are at a turning point... a place where we must pull together - where "i" and "me" must become "we"; no more "us and them" We are all in this together and we need to find solutions that will support all.

As many of you know Australia has only just taken a breather in the last month from bush fires that ravaged this country. The final figures for this catastrophe was estimated at 18.6 million hectares destroyed (46 million acres) 186 square kilometres, (72,000 square miles) one billion animals dead, 5,900 buildings including 2,779 homes and at least 34 people.
We were overwhelmed with the devastation but also the help, care and donations from people all over the world inour hour ofneed. Our devastation touched the hearts of millions around the world and the world poured out love to all those who suffered.

And now Covid-19 has arrived spreading its tentacles just like the licking flames of an uncontrolled bush fire across the world and it is us that are being chased. Seemingly more important that the virus symptoms themselves is the stealth of how the virus spreads with unseen and unknown carriers. It's the fact that we don't know who has it, who'scarrying it and whether we will get it, that is causing the fear.

But the Angels want you to know that your emotions and mental attitude are paramount in dealing with this threat.

The Angels' Message:

Beloved ones,
You are being challenged by the shifts that are happening to awaken mass consciousness. You are not being awakened to express more fear but rather to awaken the solutions you carry within you to make the changes for a better world.

Like all growth it requires disturbance,.letting go and releasing that which does not serve where you are going. It can be scary for it is unformed and unclear and this is not part of the message you were expecting, and so some of you are agitated by this. There is confusion and uncertainty.
These are normal states as you change form from one solid world to another in very fast succession. This situation will bring forth all the emotions you have laid buried within you. Emotions you have labelled unworthy, wrong or unacceptable. Emotions that threaten you, make you feel out of control, manipulated and affected by others.You will feel vulnerable, anxious, panic stricken, hopeless, defeated, tired and frail.
You are feelingoverwhelmed by the constant barrage of negativity and chaos that surrounds you. (some of you have already been feeling this politically as in the USA and UK, many have been feeling it in terms of the environment and the lack of interest from the powers that be to grapple with care for the planet, and yet others from the ravages of war and fire ... and now you are being plagued with the Corona Virus.
Try not to act with fear. This is the old way - the way ofreaction.
Your new direction is to respond... 1) Respond by being present and grounded in the moment of NOW.

In this present moment...
Where are you? What is happening to you? What do you need? Am I safe? Am I O.K.in this moment? Can Itake care of myself? AND THEN...

Do you have spare time or inclination to help another without exhausting you? (this is particularly important to empaths and carers who tend to put themselves at the bottom of the list and over-give past their own healthy level)
2) Find constructive ways to express your anger andfrustrations. Try not to take out those feelings on others nor bottle them up inside you;instead look to effective ways such as activism, volunteering, creating something relevant, productive and joyful - make music with others even if it is across the internet rather than in person! Use technology to support and love each other, to give out positive vibes as these choices will make positive change

3) If you are well, think about how you can do something positive to help, heal or bring about change. 4) In the moment find pleasure in where you are -no matter how small that pleasure may be. What gives you pleasure?Is it your pet? Or the way your plants grow? Or your child'slaughter? Is it playing games? Using your hands to create?Make a game of finding all that gives you pleasure so that you are focusing on raising and maintaining your vibration, not sinking into negativity ordepression. Pleasure and laughter opens your mind to hopefulness and so are essential elements of good health.

5) If you are feeling low, get some help. Enforced isolation due to the virus may make you feel stir crazy. and depression often masks anger. So ask for help.

We see much of humanity unaware of their bodies, feelings and mental state. This virus can be used to help you learn to go in and check this.
6) Check your body's needs. what do you need? Food. water, connection, love, warmth, calmness? Do you need time to go within?to make self care a priority? Remember all love starts with the self. How are you loving and caring for you. The more you give yourself this the stronger your system will be and the better able it will be to be strong and fit.

Some Self Care Tips Under no circumstances do these tips override the care of medical practitioners or mental health professionals. They are listed here as a way to aid and supportyour self care as you follow the procedures of care as suggested by your country's health departments.

A human's immune system can be compromised by emotional responses and so it is important to ensure you do everything you can to be aware of your emotional states and in particular accept and recognise your emotions. How you deal with anger, fear, worry and anxiety are particularly important to the physical body.

If your immune system is overloaded or overwhelmed it can stop functioning. The endocrine system is where the emotions and body meet and so your glands are particularly important to keep functioning at optimum levels to ensure a healthy body.

The Thymus Gland - see picture belowis the centre of your immune system (as in " I AM ONE") and also represents our ability to love others (other humans, animals, plants and the planet)



For optimum health:
1) Tap on the thymus glandThe regularly. at least 3 times a day - more if you're feeling unwell. It will feel quite tender if the system is compromised.
2) Take in a few breaths of turquoise light as you hold your hand to the thymus gland.
3) Release your worry/anxiety and fear using tapping techniques or other modalities.
4) VISUALISE YOUR WHOLE SYSTEM BEING HEALTHY AND WORKING AT OPTIMUM LEVELS.
5) Morning and Night - See youraura like a strong bubble around you full of clear light (any colour you wish but connected to source and earth by strong columns)
6) Practice the 7 step Grounding Technique. Placing your hand on your heart chakra and thymus gland and the other on the crown of your head - say aloudGROUND - ALIGN - CONNECT - PROTECT - SEAL ENERGISE - BALANCE
ThenBREATH IN AND OUT AND THEN LET YOUR BODY TAKE ON NORMAL BREATHING.
