We act for humanity.About the roleThe Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator provides support to the partnerships team across corporate, philanthropic, and others to support income generation as well as non-financial support, with a focus on building strong engagement with employees at Red Cross partner organisations.Day to day you willCoordinate the Red Cross workplace giving program with the aim of growing this as a long-term sustainable source of fundingProvide Account Management and related tasksManage all workplace giving platforms and keep up to date with relevant campaigns and donor communicationsDevelop and deliver a calendar of workplace giving campaigns and communicationsSupport the partnerships team by coordinating volunteering and employee engagement opportunities for existing and new partnersProvide support across a range of existing relationships with partners that provide financial or in-kind support for Red CrossDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure continued growth of partner supportAssist with proposal development for new partnerships and funding opportunitiesWhat you will bringDemonstrated experience in a corporation or NGO in fundraising, business development, account management, sponsorship, marketing or customer service role.Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team, with a flexible, positive and collaborative approachWell-developed planning, research and organizational skillsBenefits that act for you, while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
