A switched-on role with flexibility | Hybrid work arrangementsStarting at $100,882 + 11.5% superFull Time, fixed term opportunity until June 2025.About the Opportunity The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator forms part of the Strategy, Insights and Performance Program, working closely with the Infrastructure Delivery Program by playing a crucial role in coordinating engagement across various infrastructure projects. The role will work closely with Project Managers working on a broad program of works, from minor infrastructure works to major street scape upgrades. You will ensure that stakeholder concerns are effectively addressed, risks are mitigated, and project communications are tailored to suit the needs of different audiences.
You will support the successful delivery of projects by fostering positive relationships between the City of Adelaide and its community through the application of the Stakeholder Management framework. The role involves drafting stakeholder communications, coordinating engagement activities, and collaborating with the Marketing and Media teams to promote project milestones and maintain consistent messaging.
The position will be physically situated within the Infrastructure Delivery team, while the formal reporting line will reside under the Strategy, Insights, and Performance program. This arrangement ensures close collaboration between both departments, leveraging the strengths and expertise of each to achieve organisational goals.

The Strategy, Insights & Performance Team develops clear strategies, and undertakes research, engagement practices and develops insights to deliver effective program management & business planning and reporting, to enable our organisation to effectively implement Council's strategic plans, respond to community needs and anticipate & adapt to a changing environment.
