Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: The position of Manager - Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships is available in the team that manages engagement projects for the SLA working closely with the Executive and senior management team throughout the SLA.

Implement and co-manage the Suburban Land Agency's Stakeholder Engagement StrategyProvide strategic advice and outcome-focused solutions regarding stakeholder engagement in line with SLA and Whole of Government policies and expectationsWork across all business areas of the Suburban Land Agency to prepare and implement traditional and digital engagement strategiesEstablish, foster, and maintain strategic relationships with other government agencies, community groups, key stakeholders, and other external bodiesDevelop a range of communication materials for different audiences to support the Suburban Land Agency's engagement campaignsProvide support to undertake media and social media monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of engagement activitiesOrganise and attend consultation activities and analyse and communicate results – both face-to-face and onlinePresent ideas and results to internal and external stakeholders and manage community feedbackAnalyse, identify, and review risks and develop associated risk management plans and operational plans related to engagement activitiesDraft written documentation such as reports, briefs, submissions, guidelines, and media releasesEnsure compliance with relevant governance, legislative, regulatory requirements, and professional and ethical standardsAssist in managing budgets and maximise cost-effectiveness/compliance of external suppliers in accordance with relevant legislative requirements including maintaining records in accordance with the Territory Records Act 2002Understand and work within the ACTPS Code of Conduct and ACTPS values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation, and model behaviours consistent with the ACTPS Respect, Equity and Diversity frameworkLead, guide, and develop a small teamParticipate in the Public Information Coordination Centre (PICC) in times of a Territory emergency, if requiredNote: This is a temporary position available for three months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
