Ventia requires a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join their Telecommunications Sector.
This is a great opportunity for fostering positive relationships and collaboration among a wide range of stakeholders and understanding of the community it serves.
There are two roles available to commence in January 2025 (Mt Louisa, Townsville and Edmonton, Cairns).
These roles are for an 18-month contract (possible full-time opportunity).
To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
You will need to be adaptable, a strategic thinker who solves problems proactively while balancing competing interests with diplomacy and empathy.

You will work closely within a highly supportive and experience team and our client.
Travel will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Initially this position is offered on a contract basis with the opportunity for permanency.
Required Skills and Experience Experience in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship building, networking and communication skills Demonstrated experience working with community engagement delivery (telecommunications assets preferred) Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in politically sensitive environments Sound problem solving abilities to manage enquiries and complaints Confidence in supporting and attending landowner meetings High attention to detail and safety Proficient in the Microsoft suite (Power BI beneficial You must have full working rights in Australia and hold a current C class drivers' licence and be able to satisfy medical and police check requirements.
