We prioritize work-life balance and promote a healthy and supportive atmosphere for our employees.Key Responsibilities:Conduct site measurements for staircase projects.Design staircases using Stairbiz software and submit drawings for customer approval.Manage the design-to-production workflow, ensuring smooth handoff and approval.Prepare production files for our 2022 Biesse 5-Axis Pod and Rail CNC machine and oversee the production process.Supervise and support the CNC operator, helping problem-solve any issues that arise during production.Utilize Bsolid software for operations on the Biesse Rover A CNC machine, ensuring quality and efficiency.Manage and run the daily operations of the Delkon workshop.Qualifications & Experience:Stairbiz software experience necessary.CAD experience necessary.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.Strong attention to detail.Strategic thinker and problem solver.#J-18808-Ljbffr
