In fact, they find that many of their customers return!About the roleDue to an increased demand of workload and rapid expansion of the business, they have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Stair Installer to join this highly successful business that manufactures high-end custom-made timber stairs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install stairs using relevant tools and materials neededDeliver high level of product quality and customer serviceSelecting materials, fittings, and tools for each taskCutting resources down to sizePlanning & ensuring that each project is completed on timeCreating standard and custom components of stairsGathering the elements assembling the final productSkills & experienceFormal qualifications in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, or stair buildingA minimum of 3 years' experience in a Stair Builder / Installer role would be preferentialYou will have the ability to read plans and cutting listsKnowledge of different types of timbers, laminates, and veneersYou will need to be self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively to a high degree of detail and qualityPrevious experience working across a few different industries would be highly advantageousCultureThis company provides stability and great working hours - Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work and overtime when needed!
