Stair Installation Scheduler And Coordinator

Stair Installation Scheduler and Coordinator- Develop and manage detailed schedules for the installation of staircases, ensuring alignment with production timelines and builder requirements.- Liaise with the internal production team to track the progress of staircase manufacturing and adjust schedules as needed.- Communicate with builders and contractors to coordinate installation dates, site readiness, and any specific requirements.- Monitor and adjust schedules to account for any delays or changes, keeping all stakeholders informed.- Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the installation process.- Prepare and maintain accurate records of installation schedules, progress reports, and any relevant documentation.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during the installation process.- Provide timely updates to management on project status and any potential risks.Qualifications:- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or project management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and external partners.- Excellent organization and time management abilities.- Knowledge of staircase manufacturing or construction processes is a plus.- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.This job may require occasional site visits and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate project timelines.
