Responsibilities Developstrongcollaborativerelationshipsacrossallstakeholdergroups Actasthecentral pointforallsafetyqueries andconcerns Workwithoperational teamstodevelopandimplement healthandsafety initiatives Advise and supportoperationalimplementationofsafety policies, procedures, and practices Deliver on-site training and organisecompetencyassessments,coordinationofsafety relatedexternaltraining and maintaining the training database CoachandmentorHealth andSafetyRepresentatives(HSRs) FacilitateworkplaceriskassessmentsandthepreparationofStandardOperating Procedures ImplementWHSpoliciesandprocedures Provideguidancetooperationsoncoordinatingcontractormanagement Identifyworkplacehazardsandimplementcontrols Coordinate Return-To-Work Preparereportsasnecessary Conductsafetyinvestigationsandpreparereports To be successful in this role you will need 5years'experienceinasimilar role Strongcommunicationskillswithvariousstakeholdersincludingmanagement,employees,and contractors TertiaryqualificationsinWHS,orrelevant experience CertifiedReturn-To-WorkCoordinatororwillingnesstoobtain DriversLicence Strongattentiontodetail SoundknowledgeandunderstandingWHSlegislation,standardsandcodesofpractice Beflexible,adaptable,anddiplomatic Priorexperienceusingsafety systemssuchasWHSMonitor Priorexperienceinagricultureorafoodprocessingenvironment TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment About us At Stahmann Webster, we pride ourselves on being farm-to-table producers of world class pecans, walnuts, macadamias, and almonds.
