Murrumbidgee LHD covers almost 125,243km2. We provide public health services to approximately 243,228 people across the Riverina, Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area and the South Western Slopes of NSW.

Where you'll be working: Wagga Wagga Health Service provides services including critical care, medical, surgical, paediatric, obstetric, and rehabilitation care. We also provide mental health and community health services.
What you'll be doing: Provide contemporary comprehensive Paediatric specialist services for optimal patient outcomes, while providing support and training to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.

Selection Criteria Holds unconditional registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Paediatrician. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Paediatrics at the role delineation of the service. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement. Availability to participate in an on-call roster and to respond on site within a reasonable time.
